Day 1 Sturgeon Bay, WI
This morning we begin our journey to the
“Cape Cod of the Midwest.” Door County
has more miles of shoreline, lighthouses
and state parks than any other county
in the United States. We’ll make our way
through Wisconsin to our home for the
next 3 nights. Upon arrival, we’ll have an
included welcome dinner at our hotel to
get acquainted with our fellow travelers. (D)

Day 2 Sturgeon Bay, WI
This morning a local guide with join us
and we’ll board a ferry with views of
Pilot Island and Plum Island Lights while
learning about how Door County got it’s
name from this famous passageway. The
ferry will take us to Washington Island,
and our guide who will show us it’s sights
including the Stave Church, a Lavender
Farm, the Commercial Fishing Museum
and School House Beach. We’ll have
an included lunch here on the Island
before heading back to the mainland.
This afternoon a stop will be made at
Seaquist Orchard Market. After a fun
day of touring, we’ll return to our hotel
for a tradition you can’t miss, an authentic
Door County Fish Boil (not a fish lover?
There is an alternative option). (B, L, D)

Day 3 Sturgeon Bay, WI
A local guide will join us again this
morning and show us around Door
County teaching us about the area. Our
first stop is lakeside at Bailey’s Harbor
Range Light Lighthouse and Bailey’s
Harbor Beach. Lunch will be included
at one of the most famous restaurants
in Door County, Al Johnson’s Swedish
Restaurant. Be sure to take a picture
of the goats grazing on the roof. There
will be some time to shop in Sister Bay
here afterwards. Next we’ll continue our
tour heading to Peninsula State Park.
The drive will put us on the Niagara
Escarpment proving grand water views
overlooking the Bay of Green Bay. Then
we’ll visit Lautenbach Orchard Country
Winery & Farm Market and check out a
local art gallery. Dinner will be included
at a local restaurant in Bailey’s Harbor
this evening. On our way back to our
hotel we’ll stop at Cave Point County
Park, seeing the beautiful rocky shore
with wave cut caves. (B, L, D)

Day 4 Home
We’ll spend the morning touring the
shipyards, Old Quarry Park & Bayside.
We’ll get a beautiful view of the Sherwood
Point Lighthouse across Sturgeon Bay

we’ll say goodbye to our new friends but

County. (B)
