Day 1 Kansas City, MO
Get your dancing shoes on as we are
headed to three of the top music cities
in the country. We will board the coach
today and head south to our overnight
destination in a suburb of Kansas City,
Missouri.

Day 2 Branson, MO
It is a short drive from Kansas City to
Branson. Upon arrival into Branson,
we’ll stop for lunch on your own at a
popular stop in Branson and give you
some free time to explore. Afterwards,
a stop will be made at the Curling Vine
Winery. Then we’ll attend the Hughes
Brothers Music Show. You’ll have the
chance to hear best in pop, rock, R&B,
country, classical, Broadway, patriotic,
and gospel music. Dinner is included
this evening at a local restaurant before
tonight’s entertainment, Clay Cooper’s
Country Express. This high-energy show
is filled with singing, dancing, comedy,
24 entertainers on stage, great visual
effects, and a variety of music – old and
new country, rock, current hits, gospel,
and patriotic! (B, D)

Day 3 Memphis, TN
From Branson, we cruise on over to
Memphis. A local guide with join us
and we’ll tour around this exciting
City Sights include downtown, Beale
Street, National Civil Rights Museum,
St. Jude’s, the March of the Peabody
Ducks and other interesting areas. We’ll
spend some time on Beale Street so
you can explore and have dinner before
checking into our hotel, The Guesthouse
at Graceland. It’s located just steps
away from the Elvis Presley’s, Graceland
and is a reflection of Elvis’ personal style,
with designs inspired by the Graceland
Mansion. Are you a night owl and
looking for a “midnight snack?” Every
night from 10-11 PM a Peanut Butter
and Jelly Station graces the hotel lobby.
Complete with all the fixin’s, it’s a perfect
nightcap treat to end your day. (B)

Day 4 Nashville, TN
We’ll start our morning off at the home
of Elvis Presley, Graceland. Tour the
mansion, Elvis’ two custom jets, his
automobile museum, and many other
exhibits relating to Elvis and his career.
After lunch time, we head to “Music City
USA”-Nashville. Upon arrival, we’ll check
into the Gaylord Opryland Resort for our
2 night stay. You’ll have sometime to rest
and explore the hotel before an included
dinner at The CabaRay Showroom. After,
Ray Stevens performs live on stage
singing hits with his fabulous A-Team
band, (aka The River Road Symphony)
and backup singers, (aka The Hussies).
You will laugh out loud and it will be an
experience you will remember forever.

Day 5 Nashville, TN
This morning a local guide boards our
coach to give us an in-depth look into
well-known historic sights, some homes
of the stars, and country music attractions
on a guided city tour of Nashville. The
rest of our day is all things Opry! Start
out with a backstage tour to learn about
what happens behind the scenes of the
Grand Ole Opry before dinner time!
Dinner is included at a local restaurant
prior to seeing the performance of the
Grand Ole Opry, “country’s most famous
stage.” (B, D)

Day 6 St. Louis, MO
We begin making our way back home as
we leave Tennessee, pass through Illinois
and arrive in St. Louis, Missouri. Before
checking into our accommodations,
we will be visiting the Anheuser Busch
Brewery, seeing the rich architecture and
learning about the heritage of the oldest
and largest Anheuser Busch Brewery.
The rest of the evening is at your leisure.

Day 7 Coralville, IA
This morning we make our way to the
Mark Twain Boyhood Home & Museum
to learn about the life of Samuel
Langhorne Clemens, better known as
the author Mark Twain and where he
found the inspiration for many of his
stories, including the “White Picket
Fence.” We’ll drive to Kalona to move at
a slower pace while we tour the largest
Amish settlement west of the Mississippi.
We’ll travel the scenic back roads of the
country and get a first hand sense of the
hard work and family ethic that comprises
the Amish way of life. After, we will enjoy
an Amish-style dinner. (B, D)

Day 8 Home
We spend our last day together traveling
across Iowa and back into Minnesota and
South Dakota. We will arrive home in the
early evening. (B)
