Day 1 Rapid City, SD
Sit back and relax as we make our way to
Rapid City, South Dakota for our overnight
stay.

Day 2 Rock Springs, WY
We continue our travels today as we enter
Wyoming, “the Equality State.” Take in the
beautiful countryside as we make our way
as far as Rock Springs. (B)

Day 3 Salt Lake City, UT
We’ll drive to the capital city of Salt Lake
City, Utah. With the exception of the Dead
Sea, the Great Salt Lake is the saltiest body
of water on earth. Upon arrival, a local
guide will board our bus and show us
around. Sites included on our city tour are
the Morman Temple, State Capitol Building,
Fort Douglas & Olympic Village and more!

Day 4 Las Vegas, NV
We head south on I-15 through Utah today.
We’ll arrive in Las Vegas and check-in to
our hotel. You will have the rest of the day/
evening to explore the area and/or try your
luck at the casino. Receive an included
dinner voucher this evening for our hotel’s
restaurant. (B, D)

Day 5 Los Angeles, CA
It’s New Years Eve day and we’ll finally
make it to California! We’ll check-in to our
hotel and have some time to freshen up.
Tonight, we have planned a special New
Years Eve Bash for you that will include
dinner! Midnight in New York City is at 9 PM
here so we’ll celebrate then and get to bed
early because we have an early morning
tomorrow. (B, D)

Day 6 Los Angeles, CA
We are on our way to Pasadena bright and
early this morning for the Tournament of
Roses Parade (with reserved seating and
a boxed breakfast of course!) Experience
majestic animated floats covered with
booming flowers, fantastic marching bands
and so much more! Afterwards, we’ll get
a close-up view and see the details and
workmanship that go into every float on a
float tour. (B)

Day 7 Los Angeles, CA
Our morning begins with a tour of Warner
Bros. Studio. Then we’ll see the sites of
Los Angeles with a local guide such as the
Dolby Theater, Walk of Fame, Sunset Blvd
and much more! (B)

Day 8 Los Angeles, CA
We’ll head out to the Simi Valley this
morning to visit the Ronald Reagan
Presidential Library. Tour the museum
and visit the final resting place of our 40th
president and first lady, Ronald and Nancy
Reagan. Lunch will be on your own here
before we depart. We’ll make our way
across Los Angeles to Long Beach to visit the
Queen Mary. As we tour the ship, we will
learn about the expansive past, including
her ground breaking construction, her time
as a troopship during WWII and of course,
her glory days as the world’s most luxurious
and technologically advanced ocean liner.
After our tour, we’ll enjoy a wonderful
dinner onboard. (B, D)

Day 9 San Diego, CA
We will travel coast today making our way
to San Diego and mmeet our local guide
who will give us a tour of this beautiful city.
Sites include Cabrillo National Monument,
Old Town, the San Diego Harbor, Balboa
Park, Downtown, Horton Plaza & the Gas
Lamp Quarter, Mission Bay, Cornado and
LaJolla. We’ll check-in to our hotel located
within walking distance to Seaport Village
which offers many shops and eateries with
amazing views of the bay! (B)

Day 10 Flagstaff, AZ
Heading out of California into Arizona and
travel to Flagstaff, AZ for our overnight.
We;ll stop along the way in Sedona to enjoy
lunch and some time to shop and explore.
Take in the beauty of the red-rock buttes,
steep canyon walls and pine forest that
surround the city. (B)

Day 11 Flagstaff, AZ
Our day will be spent aboard the Grand
Canyon Railway. We’ll travel 65 miles
almost due north into Grand Canyon
National Park to the South Rim. Once we
arrive, we’ll board a bus and tour the rim
a bit more. Our bus will drop us off at the
Maswik Lodge and we’ll have an included
lunch buffet before boarding the train and
heading back to the depot. (B, L)
Day 12 Santa Fe, NM
We’ll cross into New Mexico today and
make our way through Albuquerque to
Santa Fe to tour the Loretto Chapel (if
available) which is known for it’s unusual
helix-shaped “miraculous” spiral staircase.
We’ll check-in to our hotel, located within
walking distance to the city’s historic
plaza. Here you will find many shops and
restaurants. (B)

Day 13 Colorado Springs, CO
This morning we will make our way up
I-25 and cross into Colorado and arrive in
Colorado Springs at an elevation of 6,035 ft.
The city is known for many of it’s attraction
including Garden of the Gods. We’ll
tour the park seeing 300 foot towering
sandstone rock formations again the snowcapped
Pikes Peak. After a stop at the Visitor
Center, we go check-in to our hotel. (B)

Day 14 York, NE
Making our way north up to Denver then
east into Nebraska. We’ll make a stop
in North Platte to take in the view of the
world’s largest train yard at the Golden
Spike Railroad Tower. We’ll continue to
York, where we’ll spend the night. (B)

Day 15 Home
The last leg of our adventure is today as we
travel back home to our original pick-up
points. We hope you had a great New Years
