Day 2 Sturgeon Bay, WI
This morning a local guide with join us and we’ll board a ferry with views of Pilot Island and Plum Island Lights while learning about how Door County got it’s name from this famous passageway. The ferry will take us to Washington Island, and our guide who will show us it’s sights including the Stave Church, a Lavender Farm, the Commercial Fishing Museum and School House Beach. We’ll have an included lunch here on the Island before heading back to the mainland. This afternoon a stop will be made at Seaquist Orchard Market. After a fun day of touring, we’ll return to our hotel for a tradition you can’t miss, an authentic Door County Fish Boil (not a fish lover? There is an alternative option). (B, L, D)
