Day 1 Kearney, NE
We board our coach to begin our adventure to the National Parks of the Southwest. We will spend the day getting acquainted with our fellow passengers as we make our usual stops along the way to our overnight destination of Kearney, NE.

Day 2 Colorado Springs, CO
Our travels continue today as we travel across Kansas and into Colorado for our overnight in Colorado Springs. (B)

Day 3 Durango, CO
Today we travel through the Rocky Mountains and into the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park where you will be exposed to some of the steepest cliffs and oldest rocks in North America. We’ll stop for lunch on your own before we travel along the winding Million Dollar Highway, one of the most scenic drives in the USA. We will arrive in Durango for our evening stay. (B)

Day 4 Grand Canyon Village, AZ
Our first stop this morning is at Mesa Verde National Park Visitor Center, then we’ll drive through the park. We’ll look into the lives of the Ancestral Pueblo people who lived here for 700 years. After lunch on your own, we’ll continue to Four Corners Monument, the only place in the United States where four states intersect at one point. We’ll continue to our overnight in Grand Canyon Village. (B)

Day 5 Page, UT
Today we will enter Grand Canyon National Park and pick up a local guide who will tell us the history of the park and give us many opportunities to get some photos of it’s steep-sided canyon. After an included boxed lunch, we’ll board a boat for tour of Navajo Canyon. Sights include the the amazing Glen Canyon Dam, a 710-foot high dam that forms Lake Powell, the towering Navajo Sandstone geologic formations with stunning red and burnt orange rocks. Then we will continue to our hotel, located right on Lake Powell. Upon arrival, we’ll Afterwards, check into your rooms and freshen up for our included dinner at our resort. (B, L, D)

Day 6 Bryce, UT
This morning is yours to enjoy some free time at the resort before for departing for Zion National Park. We’ll travel through the Zion-Mount Caramel tunnel as we travel along the park road. Rangers are posted at both ends of the tunnel and convert it to a one-way tunnel for us to pass safely. On the other side, we’ll see the beautiful Zion Canyon and its massive cliff walls. Lunch is included in the park at the Zion Lodge. Afterwards, we’ll head north for our overnight, stopping at the Bryce Canyon Visitor Center along the way if time allows. After we check into our accommodations in Bryce, we’ll feast on an included dinner at our hotel. (B, L, D)

Day 7 Moab, UT
This morning our travels continue as we drive the beautiful Bryce Canyon, the forest of stone. It is home to the largest collection of hoodoos in the world. After lunch on your own, we’ll travel along the Fremont River through Capitol Reef National Park. This evening, we'll board the Moab Queen II and grab a enjoy a complimentary beverage as we cruise the Colorado River with beautiful red rocks surrounding you and live western entertainment. After our cruise, be treated to a cowboy-style Dutch oven dinner in a dining room overlooking the Colorado River. We’ll return to our hotel in Moab for the rest of the evening. (B, D)

Day 8 Glenwood Springs, CO
Moab neighbors the next park that we will visit, Arches National Park. This red rock wonderland will amaze you with it’s 2,000 natural stone arches. We’ll travel into Colorado this afternoon to visit the Colorado National Monument. This is always a favorite of many passengers who have traveled with Riley’s. Be amazed by sheer-walled, red rock canyons along the twists and turns of Rim Rock Drive, where you may see bighorn sheep and soaring eagles. We’ll head north to Glenwood Springs, CO to our hotel for the evening. (B)

Day 9 Greeley, CO
Feel like your on top of the world as we travel Rocky Mountain National Park. We’ll make several stops throughout the park for photos. Tonight’s stay is in Greeley, CO. (B)

Day 10 York, NE
After our continental breakfast this morning, we make our way east into Nebraska. We make a stop in Kearney to spend some time at the Great Platte River Road Archway, an interactive adventure that pays tribute to the pioneers who passed through Nebraska on their way west. After, we’ll gather for an included dinner before continuing to our overnight in York, NE. (B, D)

Day 11 Home
We make our usual stops for breaks and lunch as we head towards home today. We will spend the day sharing the memories of all that we have seen the past 10 days. (B)
