Day 1 Rapid City, SD
Sit back and relax as we make our way to Rapid City, South Dakota for our overnight stay.

Day 2 Evanston, WY
We continue our travels today as we enter Wyoming, “the Equality State.” Take in the beautiful countryside as we make our way as far as Rock Springs. (B)

Day 3 Las Vegas, NV
We head south on I-15 through Utah today. We’ll arrive in Las Vegas and check-in to our hotel. You will have the rest of the day/evening to explore the area and/or try your luck at the casino. Receive an included dinner voucher this evening for our hotel’s restaurant. (B, D)

Day 4 Torrance, CA
Today we will arrive in California. We'll visit LA's Original Farmers Market once we arrive in Los Angeles. Grab some lunch and explore one of LA's most beloved landmarks. We will check-in to our hotel located in Torrance, about 30 minutes from downtown LA. This evening we'll make a short drive to Long Beach for a Gondola Christmas Lights Cruise. (B, D)

Day 5 Anaheim, CA
Our morning begins with a tour of Warner Bros. Studio. We explore one of the busiest working studios in Los Angeles with an expert Tour Guide who will take us behind the scenes of the studio that has been entertaining the world for nearly 100 years. Lunch will be on your own today before we head out to the Simi Valley to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library & Museum. Tour the museum and visit the final resting place of our 40th president and first lady, Ronald and Nancy Reagan. We will head back to our hotel and have some time to freshen up and rest before our special New Years Eve Dinner Party this evening. Midnight in New York City is at 9 PM here so we’ll celebrate with them. (B, D)

Day 6 Anaheim, CA
Today we will see the sights of Los Angeles with a local guide while learning about this bustling city. Our tour includes downtown LA, Old Town, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive and more! The rest of the day will be spent at Santa Monica Pier and beach. Explore the many shops, restaurants and walk along the beach. (B)

Day 7 Anaheim, CA
We are on our way to Pasadena bright and early this morning for the Tournament of Roses Parade (with reserved seating and a boxed breakfast of course!) Experience majestic animated floats covered with booming flowers, fantastic marching bands and so much more! Afterwards, we’ll get a close-up view and see the details and workmanship that go into every float at float Fest. (B)

Day 8 San Diego, CA
Departing Los Angeles today, we make our way down the coast to San Diego. Upon arrival, we'll have lunch in Old Town before meeting a guide for a tour of this beautiful city. Sites include Cabrillo National Monument, Old Town, the San Diego Harbor, Balboa Park, Downtown, Horton Plaza & the Gas Lamp Quarter, Mission Bay, Coronado and LaJolla. Later, we check-in to our hotel located within walking distance to Seaport Village which offers many shops and eateries with amazing views of the bay! (B)

Day 9 San Diego, CA
A visit this morning to the famous Hotel del Coronado will be the perfect start to our day. This iconic resort has more than 130 years of history and we will learn all about it while touring the Victorian building and gardens. Lunch is included and a little more beach time before we head back to our hotel . The rest of the afternoon will be on your own. (B, L)

Day 10 Flagstaff, AZ
Heading out of California into Arizona and travel to Flagstaff, AZ for a two night stay. (B)

Day 11 Flagstaff, AZ
Our day will be spent aboard the Grand Canyon Railway. We’ll travel 65 miles almost due north into Grand Canyon National Park to the South Rim. Once we arrive, we’ll board a bus and tour the rim a bit more. Our bus will drop us off at the Maswik Lodge and we’ll have an included lunch buffet before boarding the train and heading back to the depot. (B, L)

Day 12 Santa Fe, NM
We’ll cross into New Mexico today and make our way through Albuquerque to Santa Fe to tour the City and the Loretto Chapel (if available) which is known for it’s unusual helix-shaped “miraculous” spiral staircase. We’ll check-in to our hotel, located near the city’s historic plaza. Here you will find many shops and restaurants. (B)

Day 13 Colorado Springs, CO
This morning we will make our way up I-25 and cross into Colorado and arrive in Colorado Springs at an elevation of 6,035 ft. There will be time to have lunch and explore in Manitou Springs before our tour of Garden of the Gods, imagine 300 foot towering sandstone rock formations against the snow-capped Pikes Peak and brilliant blue skies! A stop at the Visitor Center is a must after our tour. (B)

Day 14 York, NE
Making our way north up to Denver then east into Nebraska. We’ll make a stop in North Platte to take in the view of the world’s largest train yard at the Golden Spike Railroad Tower. We’ll continue to York, where we’ll spend the night. (B)

Day 15 Home
The last leg of our adventure is today as we travel back home to our original pick-up points. We hope you had a great New Years with us! (B)
