Day 1 Kansas City, MO

Christmas is upon us and we are ready to celebrate with you in Branson! We’ll board our motorcoach this morning and drive to Kansas City, MO.

Day 2 Branson, MO

We head to Branson, the live music capital of the world! Upon arrival, we attend Dublin’s Irish Tenors & The Celtic Ladies - A Celtic Christmas. A treasured Branson tradition; filled with songs that’ll bring joy and the true spirit of Christmas to your holiday season. Listen in amazement as these talented singers take you on a breathtaking uplifting musical journey of traditional Irish Classics, as well as covering Christmas favorites like, Christmas in Killarney, Mary Did You Know, O’ Holy Night, What Child is This, O Come All Ye Faithful, and Ave Maria. This evening we will experience the family Christmas classic, A Christmas Story, live at our Playhouse Dinner Theater. Feast on a Christmas meal while watching the hilarious family-favorite tale of Ralphie Parker in the 1940s. After the show, a drive through Branson’s famous Christmas Lights Display will complete our evening. (B, D)

Day 3 Branson, MO

This morning we will take a trip back to the good ‘ole days at Hot Rods & High Heels! The show will transport you back to a time when poodle skirts and soda shops were all the rage. Enjoy the many musical genres from the greatest storytellers of all time including singers like Fats Domino, Little Richard, Chuck Berry, The Chordettes, Elvis, and many more! Take in beloved 1950’s Christmas songs like “Dig That Crazy Santa Claus” and “Jingle Bell Rock!” that is sure to put you in the holiday spirit! After lunch on your own, we head over to see Branson’s Famous Baldknobbers. Branson’s first and longest running show, celebrating 65 years! Featuring the greatest hits that the Baldknobbers performed through the 60s, 70s, 80’s & 90’s, comedy and songs that celebrate the joy, hope, and love of Christmas, the show is a perfect reminder of what the holidays are all about. We will enjoy an included dinner this evening at one of our favorite restaurants in town. Afterwards, we will attend David at the Sight & Sound Theater. From still waters to shadowed valleys, David’s ascent to the throne is filled with towering giants, wild animals, and Philistine soldiers. After unprecedented victories lead to devastating failures, this passionate warrior will face the biggest battle of all: the one within himself. Come alongside this young shepherd on his journey to become a man after God’s own heart. With original music inspired by the Psalms, DAVID is a state-of-the-art theatrical experience for the whole family. Witness one of the most legendary Bible stories as it comes to life with spectacular special effects, massive sets, and live animals in this original stage production. (B, D)

Day 4 Kansas City, MO

We begin our morning with a tour the College of the Ozarks, a private Christian college. The institution provides the opportunity for full-time students to work at one of more than 100 campus jobs or industries to help pay for part of their tuition. The remaining portion of the students’ expenses is covered through scholarships provided by gifts and contributions from donors. We will depart Branson afterwards and make our way to Kansas City, Missouri for our overnight stay. (B)
